WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MADE TO ORDER PIECES?

All our pieces are Made to Order. They are handmade in our Yugar Studio when your order is received. Each piece is personal and comes with it's own character marking, these pieces take approximately 2–4 weeks to ship. A notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once dispatched. We will try to accomodate where possible should you require your order earlier, to do this please contact us via customercare@susandriver.com.au and you will have a response within 24hrs.

DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

Following placement of your order you will receive notification of this in the email provided. This is why is important to always check your details. Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received particularly if you have chosen to pay via bank transfer, then the items prepared for dispatch. Once the items are ready to send you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders within Australia are sent with Express Post and will be received within 1–4 business days for Metropolitan areas, and 3-10 business days for Rural areas. All orders placed outside of Australia will be sent via DHL Express and will be received within 1-4 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

We ship to New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Shipping will be via DHL.

The above delivery service includes tracking but does not include insurance. You will be required to sign upon taking delivery.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

All taxes and customs charges will be your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you. Susan Driver is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested or charged during the shipment of your order.

DO I NEED TO REPLATE MY PLATED JEWELLERY?

Depending on the wear to the piece plating may be required every 6 to 12 months for particularly for rings such as engagement rings and wedding bands that are worn daily. Items such as dress rings, earrings and necklaces will require re plating less frequently. We provide a replating service under our Collections Page.
